FOCUS ON FINANCIAL EXECUTION
Successful business growth requires a blend of leverage and equity financing.
If you’re looking to modernize, expand, improve, maintain or provide a growth engine for your business, soliciting exterior financing can be helpful. All too often, traditional loans offered by banks and credit unions fail to provide the financial flexibility needed by many companies.
At COHEN & DESHAIS financing we understand that a capital partner should provide more than just financing – they must also share our clients long-term strategic goals and targets.
We raise private equity and debt from institutional investors, as well as private equity funds and Ultra high-net-worth investors, for private and public operating companies and significant projects.
Our experience allows us to deliver a tailored marketing strategy to an appropriate group of investors on behalf of each client.
Our financing solutions combine security services with banking solutions (as we work with the largest banks of the world ) to offer the financing that adapts best to our clients business requirements.
We offer solutions that maximise the use of securities . Our clients benefit from global credit facilities to cover funding needs across the world.
We aim to leverage life-long relations with our investors network and our clients. We offer flexible, tailor made financial solutions at each stage of the fund cycle, from bridging to hedging and gearing.
